Sikhya aims to   develop vocational and entrepreneurial skills coupled with integrity and a value-system to be proud of. The goal is to empower our children to become income generators and pull their families out of poverty.

Vocational empowerment includes health services, information technology, fashion designing, retail and hospitality.  

Sikhya also has a craft centre   and   hobby classes that could turn into potential vocations: poultry-farming, nursing and first aid, multimedia and web designing, housecraft and so on.
